Stress everywhere and plenty to spare..

I'd like to know what you do to reduce your stress after a hard day? Does it seem like things are getting a bit crazy or what?

I do something I enjoy that absorbs my attention (like reading, puzzles or computer games), go for a long walk, or dim the lights and play relaxing music. Also good: anything that gives me a sense of achievement (gardening, baking, etc.).

Being "essential" is not all its cracked up to be. I had planned to be on vacation...where do I get my T shirt?

Clean a closet. You can see your acomplisment when you are done, and it is an immediate sense satisfaction.
